Donate Silent Auction Items

Our silent auction will be an epic part of our Steelheads Day fundraising!

You should be hearing from your team coordinator who will be collecting donations for your team’s silent auction package. Below are the packages assigned to each team with some ideas for donations:

8U  – SUMMER PARTY 

Lawn chairs, corn hole, outdoor serving set, water balloons, squirt guns, solar string lights, sunscreen, sun hats, gift certificates, beach towels, pool toys, etc. Big ticket items could be a karaoke machine or summer party catering gift certificate, etc.

10U  – DATE NIGHT STAYCATION 

Restaurant certificates, experience gift certificates like kayaking or cooking class, pizza making kit, candles, blanket, bath salts, coffee mugs+coffee, tea mugs+tea, journal, etc. Big ticket items could be a night stay at a local hotel or a couples massage. 

12U  – BBQ BONANZA 

BBQ tools, sauces, rubbing spices, cutting boards, gift certificates to local BBQ restaurants, etc. Big ticket items could be a smoker or a BBQ catering gift certificate.

14U – WINE COUNTRY

Wine, Wine key, wine glasses, local goods, gift certificates to tastings, wine cooler, cheese/crackers, etc. Big ticket item could be a wine storage locker or cellar starter.

HIGH SCHOOL  –  FITNESS FUN 

Protein powder, water bottles, yoga mats, Gym bag, gym gift certificate, resistance bands, etc. Big-ticket item could include fitness tracker watches or gift certificates for at-home personal training sessions.

If you have items appropriate for another team’s package, that’s fine too. Let your team coordinator know. Either way, all donations are tax deductible and will help raise funds for gear, field rentals, training and more. See our donation form for more info. 

Calling All Volunteers

For those of you who opted to volunteer when registering, stay tuned to sign up for a shift at Steelhead Day. We’ll need volunteers for everything from set up to working the concession stand and recording shots at the shoot-a-thon stations.

Shoot-a-thon Pledge Page

The shoot-a-thon is a Steelhead Day highlight for the boys and a fun way for them to fundraise. You’ll be receiving an email invitation from 99Pledges to your son’s personal pledge page that you can share with friends, family and your communities.

• PRIZE STATION: 5 chances in one minute to hit the pan in the middle of goal
